As Mahatma Gandhi said:

“the difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems”

Challenge is great for our mental wellbeing. In many ways, our brains are still wired up in the same way that they were back when we lived in caves. Thankfully, we do not have to fight off predators, hunt and then store food in the same way we used to. What we have replaced it with are things like: fear of public speaking, limiting beliefs around our success and a whole lot of other unresourceful habits, thoughts and beliefs.

Challenge yourself and turn your fear into faith.

If you can overcome chopping boards, breaking arrows, walking on broken glass or a firewalk, what else could you accomplish?
